Everest Region

The region is also far-famed for mountaineering ventures like expeditions to the Mt. Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8414m), and Cho Oyu (8188m), and peak climbing of Lobuche (6119m) and Island Peak (6189m).

Traveling in the Everest Region is open throughout the year, but the most ideal times to be here are during spring and autumn seasons from March to May and September to November respectively.
