Trekking in the Khumbu region is unpredictable; it can be changed with a blink of eyes. There it is necessary to trek in the favorable seasons after knowing the weather to minimize the risk and challenges. Similarly traveling in the best seasons offer the best mountain view with glorious woods and landscapes. The best time to have an EBC Luxury Lodge trek is spring and autumn seasons which are March to May and September to November respectively. Similarly, we can trek in other seasons with proper preparation and strong determination.
Autumn is considered the best season to trek in EBC luxury Lodge. And it is the most famous season for trekking, climbing and exploring Nepal. This season provides the majestic view of mountains and landscapes. The temperatures during this season are moderate and really favorable for trekking and climbing. Autumn is the highest peak season for traveling in Nepal so you need to book the flight and hotel accommodation in advance.
Traveling or trekking in Nepal is not a good idea. Since it is a monsoon season that results in slippery trails and damage routes. Similarly, you won’t see a clear view of mountains and hills due to clouds and fog.
Spring season is another best season for trekking in EBC luxury Lodge. In this season, the weather will be clear and the temperature is warm and moderated. You will have a beautiful surrounding environment. The wood in this season is covered by Rhododendrons and pines. The clear blue sky provides spectacular views of mountains.
Trekking the Himalayas in winter, it itself sounds challenging and difficult. However, with the well-prepared exercise, equipment, and strong determination you can conquer the trek successfully. But you also need to be mentally calm and determined.
Trekking the EBC Luxury Lodge is moderately difficult and anyone with average health can do this trek successfully. The difficulty level depends upon the season of the trek, time of the whole trek, walking hours a day, and day of acclimatization.
We will trek along the rocky and rugged trails for about 7 to 8 days. With good physical as well as mental fitness you can do this trek. You can do the trekking course a week before the trek in Kathmandu to be used with equipment and you can do some exercise, jogging, swimming to increase the stamina which helps to overcome the possible difficulty.
On the Everest Base Camp Luxury trek, we will be trekking up to the most famous vantage point of the Everest region, Kala Patthar which stands at the altitude of 5643m above the sea level.
... read more
